Hi everyone!For our internet environment I have build a small user management web application which is deployed under layouts directory. Application makes use of SharePoint master pages and also quite integrated with SharePoint stuff, such as using some data from SP lists, same membership and etc. Everything is working OK and can successfully deploy the solution. Although this application is pretty SharePoint, I have build it the way it also works (and can be debugged) outside of SharePoint layout. In the end that is web application and can use all SP stuff via services. So just adding references to the right master pages and login page should be the only difference. But I encounter problems with web.config of my application. Definition of the membership and rolemanager in application config (child web.config) causes An unexpected error has occurred. As far as understood the reason is that this information is already defined in SharePoints application config and .Net by default does not allow redefining it. Is there a way of enabling that?
