Define Requirements of an application via Powershell?

Hi,

I'd like to define a requirement of an application (it can only run on Windows 8.1) with Powershell, but don't find the command for it. There is this -addrequirement but do not find any examples howto use this.

Please advise.

I haven't seen a functioning cmdlet for something like that, yet. I do know that you can do something like this (but it is more advanced PowerShell): http://blog.lechar.nl/2013/05/14/sccm-2012-create-a-global-condition-rule/

Maybe SP2 (SP1) or vNext has new features/cmdlets aboard?
