Hi,

Can you create a custom Global Condition? Does it show up in the list?

After open the Global Conditions under Application Management, please have a look on SmsAdminUI.log and Smsprov.log.

Yes, it does show up. I also see entries in SMSprov.log file. However in SMSAdminUI.log I see "updated object is an unexpected type and cannot be processed" and this entry matches the timeline to entries in SMSprov.log.

Thanks

Hello all,

I am having the same issue and I cannot find any issues in the logs mentioned by you. Any thought on how to recover the default list ?

Regards
