DateTime site column shows diffrent values in library view and document view

Our non-profit organization have an Office 365 2013 Business Premium subscription and are using Sharepoint online as our Intranet solution.

The problem seems related to DateTime Field and timezone conversion. I've searched this forum and sharepoint.stackexchange but found no clue how to fix this.

Our Time Zone is UTC+1 with DST.

The scenario is as follows:

  1. Set Site Time Zone to UTC + 1  (Stockholm)
  2. Create Site Column "Meeting time" as a Date Field
  3. Create Site Content Type "Summon"
  4. Add Site Column "Meeting time" to content type "Summon"
  5. Create a word template for content type "Summon"
  6. Add QuickPart "Meeting time" to the a Word template
  7. Add column "Meeting time" to a library view
  8. Create a new document using the created Word template.
  9. Set document property "Meeting time" to 2015-09-14 18:00
  10. Save document

The problem is:

  • Library view and e-mail alerts correctly shows "Meeting time" as 2015-09-14 18:00
  • SP document view incorrectly shows "Meeting time" in document as 2015-09-14 16:00
  • When editing the document, "Meeting time" is shown correctly as 2015-09-14 18:00

For end-users it's not acceptable that library view shows correct time but document view shows an incorrect time.

Any help is appreciated.
