Hi, if you need to export the manager attribute into the AD it has to be a Reference (DN) type in Metaverse. If you want to import this information from Oracle MA I need some further info about the schema of connected table, and how this manager info is stored there. But basically what you need to do is define a manager attribute column as reference data type (in configure columns section of MA) and in order to transform this value into reference correctly it should contain the DN value of user (DN value is the one that you specified as anchor in this MA). Hope it sounds clear.
