Database link schedule not available between Primary and secondary sites

Hello,

We are trying to configure and limit the traffic / schedule traffic between Primary and secondary sites. Both sites are running SQL 2008 STD edition. 

We are able to configure "File Replication" between these two sites. But the database replication link schedule is not available. Is this by design?

That's by design. You can only configure database replication between the central site and a primary site.
