Hi, We've few DP's which is not updated packages, showing Install pending. Checked permissions,roles and features, IIS, webdev configuration. it is fine. observed that in site system dp is not showing which is configured. what is the best pratise to check the DP issues. my configuration is:sccm 2007 r2, windows 2008,sql 2008 please help me on this. thanks in advance.

I've checked distmgr.log.. thing is that configured the DP under site systems if i go and check Site system status-it (dp) is not displaying.. that is the once which i observed...Pls help me on this. apart from this few secondary servers which is DP is not updated with pacakges-> Install pending. what to do with this. thanks in advance.

If your DP doesn't show up in the console then it was probably not installed correctly. Check sitecomp.log for the installation of your DP(s) - btw. are they remote? Do they belong to the same primary? Please post contents of the distmgr.log that contain the error(s). Miguel Rodriguez
