DPM 2012 R2 MMC crashing when adding a member to a protection group (Network Steve Forum)

DPM 2012 R2 MMC crashing when adding a member to a protection group

I am using DPM 2012 r2 with the latest rollup. I have a primary and a secondary DPM server. On the primary all protected members are OK. On secondary I am protecting the Primary and all but one of the members are protecting with the status OK. On the Secondary when I try to protect a data drive the MMC crashes and in the Event viewer on the I get a 999 error
