DCOM event error 10010 on Primary Site Server
I have Config Mgr 2012 R2 running on a 2012 R2 server.  I recently went in and modified the DCOM permissions on the SMS Agent Host to allow local launch on the SYSTEM account.  That got rid of the app launch errors in the event logs.  But, now every 5 minutes I get an event Error ID 10010: The server {D9B257A6-C7FC-4B76-9824-599466B69D3B} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.  I verified the corresponding server ID is the SMS Agent Host.  Any ideas what I need to do to fix this, and get rid of those errors?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

I tried everything in the provided forum link.  Nothing mentioned in there worked.  The issue appears to be related to the Device Management Point role.  I've turn that functionality off and rebooted the server.  The errors have disappeared.  I am going to try re-installing it as I would like to start looking at the mobile device management functionality again.  But, at least I have the issue narrowed down now.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
