I have searched about this error but I have two questions that my search has failed to answer. One method that people describe is to run dcomcnfg to fix the issue. As this occurs on all our windows 7 and xp machines surely people dont expect us to manually do this on 30,000 machines! So is there an acceptable solution for this? Also, the client seems to be working fine. Is this one of those errors that can just simply be ignored? Cheers David Z
