Dear Friends,

                    I have a requirement to create a Survey as a Quiz. All the questions will be multiple choice questions and the correct answer can be a single one or multiple. But the issue is,  At the time of adding the questions to the survey by the administrator, he should be able to specify the correct answer on the same question adding page. Further more he should be able to specify an explanation on why each other answers are incorrect. Can you please let me know some ideas on how to achieve this?

What version of sharepoint you are using?

I would suggest Infopath form to create a QUIZ UI where you can easily handle the controls based on user input. You need to set rules to hide/show text controls so user can easily enter the explanation.
