We are moving from Reporting Portal 2 to Reporting Portal 3 and it has a different look to it. Management doesn't like the way the icons appear in the Tile view and would like to set the default view to "Details View" but I can find no what to make any changes to this UI at all. I'd love any information I can find. Thanks

HI Heidi ! You want to make Default View of Report Manager to "Detail View", you can not change it by design unless it is compiled. What you can do as workaround is; Default URL; http://YourMachineName:8080/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx Appended URL to show Detail View http://YourMachineName:8080/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx?ViewMode=Detail Please let me know if this helps. Thank you Hasham, This has created an other issue. When security does not allow a user access to a folder, they still see it in the detail view. This is a real issue as it gives users a target name for a folder with information they are not allowed access to. Is there any way around this? Heidi
