Custom Templates missing from list
We recently built a development sharepoint environment using our production contentDB (thus getting a "mirror" to do development work in. Our Production MOSS is at RTM and so shortly after getting DEV configured, we applied SP1 and 2 for testing. The lone issue is that we have a custom site creation web part that allows an admin to select a custom site template for the new sites - it has a drop down menu that SHOULD be identical to the Custom templates list in Create a site. I used stsadm to add the templates in dev and the Create Site custom templates list is accurate and the templates work great. On my auto-create webpart, the list is empty. The code in the webpart uses globalAdmin.VirtualServers[0].GetWebTemplates(lcid) to get the list. I have 2 questions- 1. Any ideas on solving the issue? 2. Any ideas on whether the issue was caused by our db copy or SP1 and 2/
