Cursor Size in HiDPI environment

I have managed to change the size of the resolution, and got rid of the black bar that appears at the top of the fullscreen environment, which appears if you do not turn on 'scale screen', however, the cursor size is now about 2cm tall and wide!

It has also come up with errors in drawing it. When the session first logs in, there is no problem with the cursor size, but then it changes to a different size. I would try to screen shot it, but it gets rid of the cursor when doing this. Log has nothing interesting in it.

How do I resolve this?

Hi,

I cannot help reproduce this issue on my side, but I can image a resolution issue if we remote to a system which requires an exact screen resolution.

When the cursor changed, please check if you can get it back to normal in "Control Panel\Ease of Access\Ease of Access Center\Make the mouse easier to use".

Also what's the resolution you are currently using? Will it work if you set a lower resolution (but same rate like 4:3 or 16:9)?

In addition, 8.0.19 is already released. You can update to see if the issue still exists.

Another Remote app related by Microsoft:

It is still in Beta version but you can still have a try to see if it will work.
