I've crated three lists. From List2 Column Name- Subject and List3 - Address I've to fetch the data and want to show in List1 view with List2 & List3 forms. I mean when user will click on Subject (which we are fetching the record from List2) It should open the List2 form for the particular item.I have done below steps to do this but unable to display the form:-

1) In List1 Created two lookup column which is fetching the record from List2 and List3 and displaying into List1

but here I'm only able to see the value in the view.However my requirement is when user will click Subject (which is coming from list2) the List 2 form should be display here. But here when user click on Subject (which is coming from List2) the form is opening from List1 only.

Can any one please advice.

Hi Pintu- I can't recreate your issue on my end. It works fine. Do you have any special formatting on the list or did you customize it in any way?
