Creating dynamic graphs in SSRS 2008
Hi everyone- I am trying to create a dynamic graph in SSRS and am stuck. Would appreciate any help or suggestions! I have a dataset: % of Target Attained and % Target Quota. I need to create a graph in SSRS that will plot target attained % (static values) on the X- axis and Target quota % (static values) on the y-axis. I have a dataset with these two columns that I can put in to reporting services. I also need to have a dynamic data point that will move across the graph (on the static line created by the static values mentioned above) based on an expression that is based on a parameter that a user enters into the report. Any ideas or links to good reading material to tackle the above issue? Thank you!

You could create a graph/chart for each and stack them on top of each other so they appear in the same area. Then make them appear or hide based on the expression/parameter. Just a thought - hope this helps.

Hi Av87, Based on your information, I think scatter chart might be your choice, you could put Target Attained/Target Quota on X-Axis/Y-Axis seperately, you could also set the interval on the X-Axis in advance. The data point will be displayed on the X-Axis dynamically.
