I have installed the Operations console on some computers for our help desk members. Now I want to create a customized dashboard that apply the following: 1. Include only monitoring results for specific management pack i.e SQL servers 2. The help desk user must only view the items in the created custom view So can you help me in this folks. Regards,

Hi, Create a user with Read-only Operators role (from Administration - > Security -> User Roles) and add necessary access to Group Scope and Dashboards and Views.
