Creating a special View for OpsMgr 2007 R2 (Non-Green View)
The principle is custom 'Traffic Light' type views can be created in html from data regularly scraped from OpsMgr or directly acquired using scripts etc. The html can be mounted on a web site and referred to from the Opsmgr console by adding a new
'Web Page View' node with the url of the desired web page.RD

Hi everbody,
i have a question concerning views in OpsMgr 2007 R2.
I would like to create a view which is similar to the "All non-green View" in the Monitoring-Tool Hobbit/Xymon.
Hobbit(Xymon)-View
http://tikiwiki.gate.io/tiki-view_blog_post_image.php?imgId=2
The View should be divided in different classes, f.e. CPU, HDD, Connection, etc.
So if a computer looses network-connection, the computername appears in the view with a red light under "Connection".
(If everything is alright, no Computer is listed in the view.)
Does somebody know if this is possible, or has experience in creating such special-Views?
Maybe there is a similar "traffic-light-view" out-of-the-box for SCOM?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Robin,
thank you for your answer! That sounds like much work .......:D
Is it possible to create such a view with the Visio-Plugin for SCOM2007R2 or Dashboard??
Does anyone else have an idea :) ?
Thanks in advance,
