Hi, I don’t know why you cannot create a meeting workspace in default setting. But, as I know, it is same with under other sites to create a meeting workspace under publishing site. Also, I have tested in my VPC. Or you have no permission to create sites in this publishing site. Hope it is helpful! Seven
