I'd suggest posting in the SP 2010 forum instead of this one. Does the error give you an ID/Correlation number?? Also, check your log files at the time the error is given to see what it may say.

Hello All, I'm having a problem creating a "Document Library" in Sharepoint 2010. I'm logged on as the "Admin" on the sharepoint site, and when I go to "Site Actions" and select "Create". I'm taking to the the page where I'm able to select "Document Library" under the "Libraries" category, once i click on this link, I get the following error msg: Error Cannot complete this action.
