Create working birthday, meeting calendar with recurrence
Hello, i have tried to create a calendar, where I want to show employees birthdays. I have checked the recurrence, but it doesn't work It there nowhere I can make a working birthday list ? I have seen 100 of solutions, using a calculated field, like: =data(begin) but it does not work. It this just a problem I have to live with? Jakob Olsen

Elaborate on: "I have checked the recurrence, but it doesn't work" What did you do, exactly?Steve Clark, MCTS | Twin-Soft.com

I choose to show the calendar in the view "Aktuel begivenheder" in danish. Think the same name in english must be: Current events or similar. But it shows older event aswell. And I dont have the option to filter the events, cause no start/endtime is available. If i just could get a view like: Show next X numbers of events, i would be happy. The events is a mix of recurrence and single day events. JakobJakob Olsen

Now I think I know how to create the error. Create a calendar. Create some entries. If you create an entry with date = date of yesterday. Starttime: 12:00 Endtime: 13:00 Try to create the event and look at the webpart with Current events view active. The event is not shown. Change the event to: Whole day event. Then the event will show up. JakobJakob Olsen
