we need to create a custom report in SCCM 2007 in order to show the microsoft security and critical updates (update name and installed date) currently installed on All servers or in a specific collection.

Any idea?

Take a look at the "Software Updates - A Compliance" category.

I verified the section but there aren't a default report for this specific request.

if you only deploy Sec and critical then use "Compliance 1 - Overall compliance"
