I think the best way to proceed would be reading some good documentation on Reporting Services. I highly recommend the excellent "Stairway to Reporting Services" on sqlservercentral.com: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/stairway/72382/

Moderators: please move this thread to the SQL Server Reporting Services, Power View forum as this question is not related to Transact-SQL. Pankaj: Install the ODBC driver for MySQL on your development environment and use that in the data source of your reports. Please don't forget to install the same version of ODBC driver to the SSRS instance as well (where you would like to publish your reports). Regards, Zoli

Hi Pankaj, I think you need to use Report Designer and implement custom data extension to achieve your requirement. Currently, Report Builder does not support custom data extension. For more information, please see: Using SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services (SSRS) with MySQL: http://www.mazsoft.com/blog/post/2010/11/04/Using-SQL-Server-2008-Reporting-Services-(SSRS)-with-MySQL.aspx Furthermore, there is a related thread about this topic for your reference.
