I'm in the middle of setting up a new farm that has an App server, 2 WFE servers, an index server, and a DB server. Central Administration is installed on the App server. When I try to create a new Web Application and put in the Load Ballanced URL the name of the WFE server, it creates the Web Application but when I try to create a site collection using that Web Application I get "Under Construction". I can also tell that the Web Application is only showing up in IIS on the App server and not on the WFE server. I would think it would be in IIS on all servers. I can access the site collection if I put in the name of the App server in IE but I want it to use the WFE sever. Any advice? Thanks.

Sometimes it is solved in that way: - Go to Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration - There go to Operations --> Services on Server - And restart Windows SharePoint Services Web Application That is all.
