there are many ways to do this. I just saw this one on YouTube, but not heard all of it, sorry i'm on a conf call :). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmpUQxe28NI but Kevin Holman has some really good links http://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2010/07/27/authoring-groups-from-simple-to-complex.aspx and Steve has a good one populating group from a text file. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/steverac/archive/2010/03/16/populating-groups-from-a-text-file-step-by-step.aspx Hope this helps!Scott Moss MVP (Operations Manager) | President - System Center Virtual Users Group | Vice President - Atlanta Southeast Management Users Group (ATL SMUG) Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you!

Not sure if it's fully functional per comments but here is exactly what you're trying to accomplish. http://blog.coretech.dk/kra/automate-your-group-creation-with-powershell/

Sorry for the late reply.. I think I am going to try the powershell method. The youtube option still requires copy\pasting each server names and the text file method looks too complex. :) Does the powershell script actually create the group as well, or just populate existing? I noticed the "Responsible" column and wasn't sure what that meant?
