Not sure you can. But someone more familiar with authoring may know. Personally I have a lab with unsealed override mp's. I create my overrides in this lab. Then I seal the override mp and import it into another lab. Test some more, then put them into production. One thing to note, if you create a override that is ENFORCED it cannot reside in a sealed mp. You can seal the mp, but it will fail to import.Regards, Blake Email: mengotto<at>hotmail.com Blog: http://discussitnow.wordpress.com/

Hi Shankaracharya As Blake said you can create the overrides in Authoring pane instead of Authoring console. You can create the overrides in your dev environment and import the mp to production. If only minor change then you can do this in prod only. But when you create each override it will send the configuration update to all the agents. Please find the below link for more information on how to create overrides. http://bradstechblog.com/scom/scom-how-to-create-an-override http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb309455.aspx http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb960481.aspx Donald D'souza (http://donald-scom.blogspot.com/)

Hi, You can try to create an override by navigating to Overrides and click New in Authoring Console. For detail guides about using Authoring Console, please refer to: Management Pack Authoring Console Scenarios http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd362753.aspx Hope this helps. Thanks.
