We are crawling our 2008 file servers and because files get moved/deleted etc. the crawl log always seem to show numerous errors saying 'The object was not found'. I tried running a Full Crawl to see if it would clear but it doesn't. I noticed against each URL you can 'Remove the item from the index' which I presume would work but I don't fancy doing this on thousands of URLs.

Does anyone know an easier way or is it case of 'Index Reset'?
