Courier sender and distributing OS to sec. site
Hello I've been trying to use courier sender to copy OS images to sec site. Courier sender created, even preferred sender is changed to courier sender but no job appears in inboxes\scheduler.box and obviously there's nothing in inboxes\scheduler.box\outboxes\courier and courier sender is saying “There are no send requests”. It worked fine for one image (I have no idea why?) but I can’t get it working for others. Tried to search for clues but it appears that courier sender is the least documented feature in SCCM Any help appreciated

I tried courier senders once, couldn't get them to work. I always use preloadpkgonsite.exe but that doesn't support OSD packages. Sorry. John Marcum | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jmarcum |

You might try a small software distribution package to verify the courier sender functionality. The senders should not care what is in the payload, they are all just jobs referring to some package. There are no clues in the scheduler, replication manager or sender logs? You may see a log entry that there is no suitable address, etc. There are no entries in any logs referring to getting the content for that package compressed and ready to send? Stan
