Count of systems in collections
I have a central site and a child primary site. All sites and clients are assigned to the child primary. Central is simply for reporting. SQL maintenance tasks are enabled to on the child primary to delete aged inventory.
As of late, count of systems in collections on the central site is much higher than the count of systems for the same collections on the child primary site. The numbers used to be not that far apart before but now they are. Any ideas?

maybe the site maintenance tasks are not the same on the central and the child site. Check the Delete tasks, also check the discovery methods (if they are running from the central site).Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

Thank you for responding to my question
I am glad you brought up these two areas because this is exactly where i am looking at however I need some clarity.
For the central site, all discovery methods are turned of f since it doesn’t have any clients. I think that should be OK. On the child primary, system discovery is turned off.
SQL maintenance task are set at parent as well at the child primary.
