Could not load type Microsoft.SharePoint.Administratio n.SPAppInstanceErrorDetails

I use vs2012 to develop sharepoint 2013 app, when I deploy , I got this error:

Error 1 Error occurred in deployment step 'Uninstall app for SharePoint': Could not load type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPAppInstanceErrorDetails' from assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c'.

It seems like mismatch between the SharePoint version and the office developer tools.

I install vs2013, and got the same error.
