Hi Mubarak,

As Scott suggested, SharePoint Foundation does not support publishing features.

You need to install SharePoint server in your environment.

You can download this trial for SharePoint server from the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16631.

The trial period is 180 days. After that you need to upgrade trial version to Standard licensed edition or Enterprise licensed edition.

Best regards.

Hi Mubarak,

Before the release of Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft did not support SharePoint Server 2010 in a Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.

You need to install SharePoint 2010 on Windows Server 2012 R2 from SharePoint 2010 SP2 slipstream media on VLSC and MSDN.
