Could not load logging configuration for component MP_RegistrationManager

This is a Primary Site running SCCM 2007 Sp2 R2 in Mixed Mode.  The site mode is configured to auto-approve clients in the domain, and 'This site contains only ConfigMgr clients' is selected.  The site server used to be a native-mode client that reported to another site (not my idea).  I removed the client a few days ago, and the site server has been rebooted since then.  Other than these messages appearing in these logs, everything appears to be fine:

The CCMExec.Log on the MP is filled with entries like this every few seconds:
Could not load logging configuration for component MP_RegistrationManager. Using default values. 3/22/2012 1:28:47 PM

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
