for the error 6875 please check this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948323 & for the 6644, This alert indicates that the specified event handler failed to load. This can happen because the event receiver assembly is missing or the assembly does not have the event receiver class, in your case its the PWA, make sure its exist in the GAC folder and you installed it successfully. hope this help thanks -ws SharePoint administrator, MCTS,MCITP
