Cortana will not launch my RoboForm to log in any login sites

unless I change Cortana  to explorer

Cannot use Cortana without menu bar

Cortana is available on Taskbar search function, that is How she is supposed to work.

If we expect more functions/availablities to work with Cortana, then please submit this using the Windows Feedback Tool.
