I created a new custom list in SP2010 and wanted to update the EDITFORM.aspx

I have tried multiple methods but each time I modify the form and try and open in I get a correlation error.  this is the first time this has happened to me.

tried these methods
creating a copy of Editform.aspc and editing
under lists and libraries using new

this might be due to a corrupt column, just try removing one columns one by one from SP designer in a new edit form.
