Copy and Paste Excel file
Can SSIS 2005 allow me to take a copy of an Excel file and paste it into a different location?
if so, how?

Use FileSystemTask to do the file operations.
Example to use filesystemtask:

Yes you can copy or move a file from one location to other using SSIS. You can do that by using File system task .
