Hi, I have a sharepoint portal in which diffrent site collection exist. Now by the passage of time i want to manage quota on all sites for that reason i want to convert my all subsite to top level site so i can do quota management. Can anyone please tell me how can i do this, steps involved in it and if there is any risk factor involve in it then please also let me known. Shah

Create a Site Template with content. Use the Site template when creating a new top-level site.2010 Books: SPF 2010; SPS 2010; SPD 2010; InfoPath 2010; Workflow etc. 2007 Books: WSS 3.0; MOSS 2007; SPD 2007; InfoPath 2007; PerformancePoint; SSRS; Workflow Both lists also include books in French; German; Spanish with even more languages in the 2007 list.

Mike can you please elaborate it a bit as i am new in SP world might not be able to get u properly. The way you suggest will create same site every time i have diffrent content on every site how i can achive it by using a single template. Thanx alot for an early response.
