Are there any free templates available for Contract Management that can be installed on SharePoint 2010. I know there are plenty of products available out there in the market but looking to find out if there is anything free readily available templates out there? please help...

In SharePoint 2007, we released a free template "Contacts Management", which may meet demand. Unfortunately, it is not upgraded to SharePoint 2010.

As a workaround, we can upgrade it manually per this article:

I followed the link but I don't see any templates/accelerators named "Contracts Management". Any ideas?
