We have a content hub (web application) that are broken. What happened with content types ID, and field ID if we delete the web application (Content Hub), keep the database, and create a new web application based on the same database?

Will the publish/unpublish of content types work as before if configuration done correctly?

As I understand, you want to know what will happen with content types ID, and field ID if deleting the content hub and creating a new content hub based on the same database.

As my knowledge, the content types ID and field ID will not change. Because it is the same database, the content type id will not change in the database. It can publish and unpublish the content type if it is configured successfully.

What if I copy the database, give it a new id, and attach it to a new web application. Will then content types ID, and field ID change
