Content Download problem on SCCM Client
Client OS: Windows 2008 domain controler I have a system which is not able to download the cotent from the distribution point. This client is not on the same domain were the SCCM servers exists. All the client that are on the same domain where this problem client exits are working fine and they are using Network Access account to download the content. But this client is attempting to download the content using system account and failing with the following error in datatransferservice.log. After that it is not attempting to download the content using "network access account. Error in Datatransferservice.log: Non-recoverable error retrieving manifest (0x80070711). Please Advice, what I can try to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

That error translates to "ERROR_NOLOGON_SERVER_TRUST_ACCOUNT: The account used is a server trust account. Use your global user account or local user account to access this server." I have no exact idea what's going on in that scenario, but http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680398.aspx show the usage of all different accounts used in that scenario. Hi Torsten, This error is comming when SCCM client attempting to connect using "SYSTEM" account. Since the SCCM client is not on the same domain, it is failing to connect using computer account. I would like to know why the client is not attempting to connect to the Distribution point using "Network Access account". All the remaining client on this domain are able to connect to DP using "Network Access account" properly. As per the following MS article, the client should atleast attempt to connect using "Network Access account" at least once in all cases. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680398.aspx I have enable varobus logging and found that the client is always using 'S-1-5-18' (local system) account and not trying "Network Access account"
