Hi all, I need some advice on implementing FBA on an Sharepoint farm that's using content deployment. My company has a farm running two separate web apps, one internal (staging) and the other internet facing. Each point to separate content dbs and we use content deployment to push data from staging to the internet site. We're looking into providing a way for outside users to register on the internet site, login and submit data via a couple forms. I'm thinking we could configure FBA on the internet side. Are there any issues with using content deployment between web apps that have different authentication providers? I'm also concerned about allowing outside users to submit data on the internet site since we use content deployment to keep things in sync. Any advice / suggestions would be appreciated.
