Constant value in Report Parameter SSRS 2008
I want to give a constant value in report parameter (such as in report parameter @status=Null ) always any should not visible. But when Set its defalut values "Null" for "All" it works fine. But when I select value from another parameter list, its takes something else than "Null". And data does not displays. So I just want to pass a constant value "Null" always for the specific report. How can I do it in SSRS 2008.Thanks Santosh

Is the status parameter limited by some kind of list? What version of SSRS?Russel Loski, MCT

Yes,The status parameter is passted to stored procedure and based on this, some data are retrived. This stored procedure is used in two reports and in one report no need to pass the variable value of this. This only wants to pass a fixed value “Null”. The SSRS version is 2008.Thanks Santosh

You could create a parameter called "Status." Set the "select parameter visibility" property to "internal." Check the "Allow null value" property.Russel Loski, MCT
