HI had a Requirement that i need load the Excel file to the Data base which was in Report Manger. So is there any way to connect to SSRS Report manager to use that Excel file as the Source from SSIS package.

I don't think so. The best you can do is set up a URL and supply the Render command and Export commands in it, but it will still stop and present the user with a dialog box for filename and location.
