Is there any documentation about this? From Technet (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj605416.aspx) I can only find how to connect to SPF.

Would the url be the same (http://adatum.contoso.com:8090/SC2012/vmm/Microsoft.Management.Odata.svc/4ce5713a-50a1-434b-b47a-87caad75ba72), just different listening port?

App Controller does not connect directly to Windows Azure Pack.

App Controller can connect to SPF. Windows Azure Pack also connects to SPF.

When App Controller connects to SPF it is intended to be across an organizational boundary, e.g. Company A runs App Controller and connects to SPF running at Service Provider (hosting company) B.

Within an organizational boundary, App Controller can connect directly to VMM.
