Hi.
I'm about to update all of my current DPM 2012 SP1 RU 6 installations to the latest Rollup 8.
I have updated one server OK, and I have updated my management server, from where I run Remote DPM Console and powershell connect to all DPM servers. I use that for getting some job information etc.
But now, after updating both these two servers - I get the following error, when trying to Powershell connect-DPMserver:
"Connect-DPMServer: Windows Azure Backup Agent was unable to initialize the operation (error 100046)"
Can anyone help me here? I dont use Azure backup in anyway at all, so thats weird. Dont see anything in logs etc.
If I rollback to Rollup 6 on these 2 systems, it all works fine again.
Thanks.
Anders.

Hi again.
So I ended up cracking this case myself today :)
As it turns out, installing the "Microsoft Azure Recovery Services" on the DPM servers, solved my problem.
After upgrading to Rollup 8, and installing "Microsoft Azure Recovery Services", I can remote powershell connect again.
Anyway, hope others can use this information in their setup.
Thanks.
Anders.
