Configuring Site Boundaries for Branch Office Distribution Points
Not really. You have two options, create a new AD site for the remote site -- yes it's OK to have an AD site without a DC -- or convert your boundaries to ranges (don't use subnet boundaries: they are bad news).Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

We're looking to implement our first SCCM Branch Office Distribution Point in SCCM at a remote location. We're currently using AD Sites and Services for our site boundaries. Is it possible to use AD Sites and Services for site boundaries if the subnets for your remote location and the subnets for the primary site are in the same AD Site? How do you prevent clients at the SCCM Primary site from contacting the BDP?
