Please check the following Technet article it explains about the issue in detail and provides few solutions as well

I have already checked this solution, But Still am getting this issue.

Can you plz help me on this ..

you can check the following steps:

- site is accessible from the servers that are crawling

- application pool account and content access account are in WSS_WPG group

- disable antivirus on the servers

- take a fiddler trace on the crawl server
