Manage Metadata is not supported with InfoPath forms as an input field. You can create custom InfoPath forms that are loaded in the client applications, and this will only work in browser forms, not in list forms. You need to achieve it by coding.

If you dont want to develop, you can use a third party tool to achieve your requirement.
