Configure Provisioning Hierarchy at top level in AD?
I would like to be able to create an OU with my DN, but I get an error stating that the location is not selected in the partition filter. It is not selected because it does not exist yet. Is this possible? I only selected certain OUs in my domain. So I want to have a Contractors OU created under mydomain.com. Just want to know if this is possible. I can place it under a selected partition if necessary.

For sure you can. There are two things you need to make sure you have. First select the entire domain when configuring your domain partition. Second, enable OU provisioning. If those are set you should be able to create any OU at the domain level Issam Andoni http://www.zevainc.com/andoni Best Regards, Issam Andoni http://zevainc.com/andoni
