Today, I installed Spanish language pack on our production servers (2 WEFs and 1 app sever). We have MOSS SP1 installed. I went through http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262108.asp and installed WSS , WSS SP1 and MOSS, MOSS SP1 package in same order. each time it is asked for run Configuration Wizard. and fails below reason. In addtion to Serge's suggestion, please also have a look at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\LOGS\Upgrade.log file.
